Aisin Türkiye’s recruitment process starts with filling out a job application form or submitting an application in response to a job advertisement. Following an evaluation process that varies according to the position, candidates are called and invited for an interview. There is a three-stage interview process. The process varies according to the position, however all applicants take a competency test, a visual attention test, a numerical logic test and a personality inventory test. Candidates whose interview processes are completed successfully proceed to completion processes involving the necessary paperwork. New employees come to the workplace to start work on the assigned date.
